VEGGIE LUNCH BURGER
With Veggie Lovers Burger & Bacon Pieces

INGREDIENTS:
- 4 tablespoons of plant-based cooking oil
- 4 tablespoons of Veggie Lovers Bacon Pieces
- 4 free-range eggs
- 4 Veggie Lovers Burgers
- 1 small, flat courgette
- 4 Italian bread rolls
- 4 big tablespoons of hummus
- 4-8 leaves of plain salad, washed and dried
- 4 radishes, sliced
- 8 branches of coriander
YOU’LL ALSO NEED:
- A non-stick frying pan
- A vegetable peeler
- Kitchen paper
- A grill
MADE WITH:
STEP 1
Heat oil in your non-stick frying pan and prepare Veggie Lovers Bacon Pieces until crispy, as stated on the packaging. When done, set aside.
STEP 2
Use the leftover oil to fry the 4 eggs, any way you please! When done, also set aside.
STEP 3
If needed, add extra oil and fry the Veggie Lovers Burgers in the same pan. Prepare them as stated on the packaging.
STEP 4
Use a vegetable cutter to slice the courgette into thin strips.
STEP 5
Turn on the grill, cut the bread rolls in half and put them on the grill, face down. Grill until golden-brown and crispy.
STEP 6
Grab your bread and add your toppings: spread generously with hummus, salad, radish, a Veggie Lovers Burger and an egg.
STEP 7
Garnish with the thinly sliced courgette, the crispy Veggie Lovers Bacon Pieces and some fresh coriander. And.. enjoy!
